Shipping Questions

We work with an international fulfillment network to dispatch your order.
All items are carefully checked before being shipped directly to you.
Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 6–9 business days
after dispatch. Processing takes 0–2 business days.
We work with trusted U.S. last-mile shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Check our return and refund policy for more information.
Email us at contact@masonlaurent.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and assist you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Other Questions
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still return the item after delivery.
